Under “My coupons” you will find all your coupons listed with expiration dates. Make sure to print out each coupon and use it before it expires!
Under “My gifts” you will find coupons that you gave to others as gifts.
What information is stored under “My info” tab?
We store only your name and e-mail in order to send you future daily deals. We do NOT store your credit card information.
Is my credit card information secure?
Of course! We use a fully encrypted (SSL) connection.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major US and international credit cards.
When does my coupon expire?
Each coupon will have an expiration date (also listed in “Fine Print” each time the deal is offered). Please make sure to use your coupon before the expiration date because the merchant will not be obligated to redeem its promotional value after such date. The merchant may have to redeem the coupon’s non-promotional value for the period that is specified by your state’s gift certificate laws.
How long is My Russian Deal coupon valid for?
It varies with each deal. A typical coupon is valid for several months.
I purchased an online offer, what do I do with the coupons?
If your offer can be redeemed online, then the coupon is for your reference only. You will find the promotion code listed on the coupon, which could then be used on the merchant’s website.
