RING OF FIRE: PACIFIC SOUNDS is your ticket to explore the history and culture of six different Southeast Asian countries without ever having to leave the plush surroundings of the Lincoln Center.

With Grammy-nominated producer Anthony Giles at the helm, you’ll experience a taste of the spice, magic and mystique of Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan. The program is filled with traditional music from those nations, including pieces by award-winning Manila-based composer Rodolfo Delarmente and Singaporean choral conductor Nelson Kwei.

This Distinguished Concerts International New York performance also features orchestral and wind ensemble music from Washington State’s Ingelmoor Symphonic Band and Orchestra, under the guest direction of Ted Christensen and Jim Rice.
