Founded in 2005 by pianist and Moscow Conservatory graduate Elena Leonova, the New York Piano Society is dedicated to providing pianists opportunities to perform with distinguished artists. NYPS presents regular public solo and chamber music recitals, presenting its members alongside distinguished professional artists, including pianist Byron Janis and flutist Carol Wincenc, in New York City at Carnegie Hall, Bruno Walter Auditorium at Lincoln Center, Merkin Concert Hall at Kaufman Music Center, Baruch Performing Arts Center, Hunter College, Concert Hall of the German Consulate, Steinway Hall, and Liederkranz Hall.
