The American Sephardi Federation invites you to the world première of David Serero’s THE MERCHANT OF VENICE. The French-Moroccan baritone opera singer directs and stars (as Shylock) in his own Sephardi adaptation of Shakespeare’s play about love, commerce, and bigotry.  Featuring a diverse cast and Sephardi music.

French actor and baritone, David Serero, has received recognition and critical acclaim from all over the world. At only 33 years old, this fresh performer has already performed more than 700 concerts and performances. Some of these have been broadcast on worldwide televisions totaling an average audience of 30 millions of viewers and 18 millions on radios.

Performing on the most prestigious international stages and for the most important occasions, this true Show Man and Entertainer brings a fresh approach to the opera world by giving more than 80 concerts per year, during which he showcases his eclectic repertoire, which includes opera, Broadway music, jazz, and comedy!
