- Peking Duck: Chopped Marinated Duck with Spring Onions wrapped in Wonton, served with a Red Wine Poached Asian Pear and Ginger Teriyaki Sauce

- Vole au vent de riz a la Parisienne: Veal Sweetbreads Parisian style with Wild Mushrooms, Herbs, Red Onions and Balsamic Vinegar Sauce over Puff Pastry

- Meat Me Delmonico: Served with Grilled Tomato, Fried Onions, Scallions and a Soy Ginger Sauce

- Cote de Veau Rotis, Sauce aux Champignons Sauvages: Roasted Veal Chop with Garlic Creamy Yukon Gold Mash Potato, Baby Squash and mixed Wild Mushroom Sauce aux Porto

- Tagines D’agneau: Moroccan Lamb Stew, Cubes of Lamb Cooked with Apricots, Fennel, Ginger, Saffron, Chick Peas, Orange, a Medley of Fresh Herbs over a bed of Homemade Couscous.
