  • About Polina Osetinskaya:

The life of pianist Polina Osetinskaya can be divided into two stages. The first – that of “wunderkind” – was when Polina performed as a girl in huge halls filled with excited sensationalists. The second, which has continued to the present day, is essentially her victory over the first. It is both a reference to serious performing and exacting audiences.

Polina tours around the world with some of the best partners, performing the music of both famous and lesser known composers. In 2008, she became a recipient of the Maly Triumph Prize.

  • About Julian Milkis:

Called by many the “King of Crossover”, Canadian clarinetist-virtuoso Julian Milkis joins a “gem” of a string ensemble from the coldest city in the world, Yakutsk, Russia, Siberian Virtuosi, in the program “Taste of the Holidays”. Vibrant, colorful and mood-filled works from the classical and jazz genres by such masters as Johann Sebastian Bach, George Friedrich Handel, Pablo Sarasate, Franz Schubert, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, and Gioacchino Rossini, to George Gershwin, Giya Kancheli, Aram Khachaturian, Astor Piazzolla, Alexey Shor, Oran Eldor, and Benny Goodman were specifically arranged for both Julian Milkis and the Siberian Virtuosi.
